Jenkins Service Group Elevator Consultants, is a small business enterprise providing consulting services for elevators, escalators, moving walkways and related building transportation systems to clients nationally.

We select consultants with the experience to meet the requirements unique to your special project. Our group of experts averages 30 years of individual experience in all aspects of the building transportation systems industry. These associates reside throughout North America giving us the capability to respond immediately to your demanding schedule.

Our consultants are certified through testing conducted by the National Association of Elevator Safety Authorities, International (NAESA) as Elevator Safety Code Specialists and Qualified Elevator Inspectors. NAESA certification tests are performed in accordance with standards established by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers QEI Committee. Consultants maintain their certification qualifications in accordance with ASME, QEI Sections 2.3 and 3.3.

Michael Fagan is the Principal Consultant for JSG Elevator Consultants, a company providing real estate consultancy services. His personal experience of more than 35 years in building technology and real estate services. His management and design team leadership in project development for commercial and industrial elevator, and escalator applications from capital planning through final testing, new installations, modernization and repairs of existing vertical transportation systems, selection of product design, development and equipment technology, equipment testing, quality assurance methods, and procedures and specifications. He is knowledgeable in failure analysis of vertical transportation systems, equipment and components, customer service in reviewing field failures, development of project requirements, specifications and planning for repairs and corrective action.

Niklas Spitz is an experienced graphics and web designer with a background in construction and landscape design and drafting. He is responsible for preparing CAD working drawings for JSGEC and for website development.
