Evaluate major manufacturer's products and compare with budget and performance considerations. Review of open versus closed computerized elevator control systems.

Schematic Design & Design Development

Using AutoCAD® we provide:

We advise you in finalizing the establishment of performance standards and equipment design to select the optimal systems for your project. We offer design assistance with cabs, entrances and fixtures.

Construction Documentation

We assist in translating the building transportation system design into the technical language of the manufacturer/installer. Specifications are prepared which define in detail all of the materials that are to be incorporated into the building transportation system, methods of workmanship and final performance standards. Future maintenance requirements are taken into consideration and prepared for with specifications devoted to continuing maintenance programs.
